DO YOU BUY/TRADE?

Yes! We are always buying. You can send us a DM on Instagram with photos of what you want to sell or you can bring them in and we will take a look! We can either give you a cash or store credit offer for your items. We always offer more in store credit and the store credit doesn't expire. So you can always come back another day if you don't see what you're looking for!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO MAKE A RETURN? 

  • Bring your items back within 3 days of purchase, or send us an email with your concern upon receipt of your purchase.
  • Make sure all merchandise is accompanied with a receipt, in purchased condition, and that all tags are still attached.
  • We will exchange your items or offer you store credit.
  • We do not offer refunds on any items; only store credit or exchange.
  • Any items brought after the 3 day period are subject to lower exchange value.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?

Yes, we offer in-store pickup or shipping within the US.

WHERE CAN I PARK WEN VISITING THE STORE? 

  • 4 marked Picked parking spots behind the store. These are free and can be accessed via Collier Street in between Madison Street and St. Augustine Street.
  • Paid (via ParkMobile) street parking along Madison Street.
  • Paid (via ParkByApp) garage parking in the CollegeTown Garage.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PURCHASE?

  1. Wash with cold water!!! Always cold. Hot water can damage the garment in more ways than one and will, at minimum, drastically shorten the life of your garment.
  2. If you have the time, air drying your garment is best. This will mitigate shrinkage. We already know you're not gonna do that, so please dry on low heat.
  3. Store your garment folded. You can 100% hang your garment, but if you do, a wider hanger is best. This will limit damage to the shoulders.
  4. Wear your stuff!!! Your clothes need to breathe. Storing them away can allow fiber-damaging bacteria to grow.
