Shipping policy

In order to combat fraudulent transactions, all online orders without identical Billing and Shipping Addresses are subject to be cancelled at our discretion. If your order has been cancelled and you think it was a mistake please email doug@pickedtlh.com.

Once an item is marked delivered by our shipping provider, we will not refund it if lost or stolen.

For US orders, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification.
